FastLane has exciting news to share!
Houston-based Brake Time Corner Market (BTCM)
has acquired FastLane's 14 convenience stores
across East Texas.
The acquisition includes 12 Shell and 2 Valero branded fuel stations and a fuel distribution network, significantly strengthening BTCM’s footprint and capabilities across both retail and wholesale fuel operations, the company said. The stores are in Lumberton, Beaumont, Nederland, Winnie, Vidor and Port Arthur, Texas.
FastLane opened its first convenience store in 1983. The company has built a strong reputation for operational excellence and customer loyalty, BTCM said. BTCM said it will build on that legacy while introducing a fresh, elevated vision centered around high-quality, craveable food offerings and a best-in-class store experience.
